Introduction
The School of Engineering (SoE) was established in 2009 as a constituent school under the Faculty of Science and Technology of Pokhara University. It is dedicated to achieving high standards of professional and academic excellence in the field of engineering and technology. SoE currently offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs designed to prepare students for the dynamic global engineering environment.
At the undergraduate level, SoE provides programs in Civil Engineering, Civil and Rural Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. These courses are structured to promote interdisciplinary learning, practical training, and innovation through projects, internships, and research activities.
At the graduate level, SoE offers advanced programs in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Structural Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Construction Management Engineering, Power System Engineering, Hydropower Engineering, Public Health and Disaster Management Engineering, and Bioinformatics. These programs are aimed at developing high-level professionals and researchers capable of addressing complex engineering challenges and contributing to national and international technological advancement.
